Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Dive Centre Bondi.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a full refund to your original payment method.
To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original, as-new condition, with all original tags, labels, and stickers still attached.
Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. All warranty claims are handled as per manufacturer guidelines.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
