At Dive Centre Bondi, we are dedicated to providing reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

Shipping Fee

Orders over $150 (AUD) qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping fee of $20.

Due to their size, weight and value, certain large items require a re-evaluation of shipping costs based on the delivery location. This applies to items such as DPVs, tanks, and drysuits — for these products we will provide a specific shipping quote after your order is placed to ensure the most accurate and fair price.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. For metropolitan areas, you can expect your items to arrive within 2 to 4 working days on the east coast and 7 to 10 days on the west coast. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on various factors.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that a product is unavailable at the time of your order, we may arrange for it to be drop-shipped from our trusted supplier's warehouse. This could result in your order being delivered in multiple shipments.

Delayed Products

If there are any delays in delivering your products due to stock outages, rest assured that we will promptly notify you and provide an estimated arrival time. To keep you informed, we will provide tracking details so that you can easily monitor the progress of your order.

Accurate Delivery Address

It is essential that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect address entry. Should you provide an incorrect address, we are not obligated to reship the order at our expense.

Non-Arrival of Orders

If, by the expected delivery date, your order has not arrived, please inform us immediately. We will take the necessary steps to initiate inquiries with the carrier and ensure your delivery is completed as soon as possible. Please understand that while we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, we will exercise discretion in dispatching a replacement. The decision to dispatch a replacement will be made on a case-by-case basis. Once the delivery has been completed, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.

Late Delivery and Order Cancellation

We understand the importance of timely delivery; however, please note that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement. Therefore, it does not entitle you to cancel an order.

We prioritize the secure delivery of your items. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the delivery has taken place.
