Description
NAUTEC EXPLORER Manifolds
Available in 232 & 300 Bar versions and 3/4" NPS and M25 versions. Versions sold in Australia are provided with 3/4" NPS threads and burst assembly, in accordance with Australian Standards.
The set includes a left and a right valve, each with a vertical dedicated shut off. The shut offs controls air flow through the elbows and a flexible stainless steel air hose of 54cms in length. One elbow features a dedicated pressure relief device.
Valves are constructed from military grade brass alloy which offers a superior corrosion resistance to normal brass, ensures absolute gas tightness - even with helium, is 100% oxygen compatible, ensures exceptional mechanical strength - giving a burst pressure in excess of 700 bar, provides superior resistance to high heat
Valves supplied with Nautec Micro Filters and Flexible Manifold with no detectable Helium leak.
For GUE-Divers, who are looking for an alternative configuration, we offer the valves without the elbows and the hose. A female G1/4" outlet on each valve, enables the attachment of a variety of SwageLock fitting options.

DIN or yoke?
Either — tell us how you dive and we will supply the valve to match. DIN is the standard for technical diving and most of Europe; yoke is still common on recreational boats here. If you are not sure, ask us.
Can I get fills at Dive Centre Bondi?
Yes. We fill air, nitrox and helium mixes here at the shop.
How often does a cylinder need testing?
In Australia, scuba cylinders need hydrostatic testing every year. That is more often than most of the world, so it catches out people who have bought a cylinder overseas.
Steel or aluminium?
Steel is negative, which usually means less lead on your belt — a real advantage in a wetsuit in winter. Aluminium is lighter out of the water and becomes buoyant as it empties. We will work out which suits your setup rather than selling you whatever is in stock.
