Description
Gear Aid Sea Gold Anti-fog Gel (also known as McNett Sea Buff) is an anti fog solution gel that works on all glass lenses to prevent fogging and will not harm surrounding silicone or rubber support frames. Made as a long lasting gel formula, it is non abrasive and extremely easy to use with the simple application droplet.
One single drop in each lens will stop any fogging to give maximum vision when diving or snorkelling. It can also be used on other glass surfaces including ski goggles, eye glasses, binoculars and telescopes.
It is not recommended for swim goggles as these are plastic lenses - Gear Aid Antifog Spray is best for swim goggles.
The non-toxic solution is safe to use around your eyes, however, you still do not want to get the formula directly in to your eyes. Only use the recommended single drop per lens. This clear liquid lasts an entire dive in warm or cold waters.

How do I stop my mask fogging?
Scrub the inside of the lens with Sea Buff before the first dive to strip the manufacturing film off — that is a one-time job. After that, Sea Gold anti-fog gel before each dive keeps it clear, and a tube lasts a very long time.
What should be in a save-a-dive kit?
A spare mouthpiece, O-rings, cable ties, a mask strap and a DIN-to-yoke adaptor cover most of what actually ends dives at the water's edge — plus the tools to fit them, so you can change an O-ring or settle a free-flowing regulator in the car park rather than driving home. Tell us what you dive and we will put one together with you.
How should I rinse my gear?
Properly, in fresh water, not a quick pass with the hose. Salt crystallises in zips, valves and seals, and that is what kills gear. Wetsuit and drysuit shampoo does a better job than water alone and will not damage neoprene or seals.
