Description

The Flash are versatile goggles, ideal for recreational swimming and competition, as well as both indoor and outdoor use.

The lenses are slightly inclined at 18° to follow the natural shape of the human face and increase the field of view. They are also shatterproof and offer UV ray protection. An internal anti-fogging treatment prevents fog during use. The nose gasket is made with hypoallergenic, high-quality TPR to ensure comfort and a perfect seal.

The double-strap is made of silicone to ensure a perfect fit without over-tightening. The Cressi-patented buckle system makes adjusting the strap effortless and if necessary, easy to replace.

The Flash Lady goggles are characterized by an elastic nose bridge, which allows for perfect adaptability to a large number of facial profiles.

A mask that seals beats every other upgrade

Nothing ruins a dive faster than a mask that leaks. Face shapes differ, and the mask that fits your buddy perfectly may not seal on you — which is why we fit every mask in the shop before you take it home.

Come in, try a few, and we'll show you the suck test and how to set strap tension so the skirt seals instead of being pulled off your face. If you wear glasses, several of the frames we stock take corrective lenses.

Bought at Dive Centre Bondi, so it's the genuine article with the manufacturer's warranty, and we're here if the strap or buckle ever needs replacing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our gear, courses, and policies.

How do I stop my mask fogging up?

A new mask has a manufacturing film on the inside of the lens, and no amount of spit will beat it. Before the first dive, scrub the inside of the lens with Sea Buff to strip that layer off — that is a one-time job. After that, a smear of Sea Gold anti-fog gel before each dive keeps it clear. A tube lasts a very long time.

Can I buy a mask online without trying it on?

You can, but fit is the one thing that decides whether you enjoy the mask or fight it all dive. Face shapes vary a lot, and a mask that seals perfectly on your buddy may leak on you. Come in and try a few if you can. If you cannot get to Bondi, call or message us and we will talk you through it — a mask that does not fit is genuinely miserable.

What does low-volume actually mean?

It is how much air sits between your face and the lens. Less air means less to blow out when you clear it and less pressure on your face as you descend. Low-volume masks came out of freediving and are still what most freedivers prefer, but plenty of scuba divers dive them now too — and because the lens sits closer to your eyes, you get a wider field of view, not a narrower one.

Can I get prescription lenses?

On several of the frames we stock, yes. Bring your prescription in and we will tell you which models take corrective lenses and what is involved.
